Dealer Eligibility Requirements

To qualify as an authorized SOUNDZ WORTH ELECTRONICS dealer, your business must meet the following criteria:

Registered business with a valid EIN or Tax ID
Brick-and-mortar retail location, mobile installation shop, or established e-commerce presence
Minimum projected monthly order volume of $1,000+
Experience selling or installing car audio, electronics, or related accessories
Commitment to upholding our Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) policy
Agreement to represent the brand professionally across all sales channels

Our dealer relations team reviews your application for eligibility. You'll receive a confirmation email within 24 hours of submission.

Step 3 — Verification Call

Qualified applicants will be contacted for a brief 15-minute call to discuss your business, goals, and product needs.

Step 4 — Approval & Account Setup

Approved dealers receive a welcome packet with wholesale pricing, MAP policy, brand assets, and access to your dealer portal account.

Wholesale Pricing

Approved dealers receive tiered wholesale pricing — up to 30% off MSRP based on monthly volume commitments.

MAP Policy

All dealers must adhere to our Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) policy. Violations may result in account suspension.

Dedicated Support

Access a dedicated dealer support line, product training materials, and priority order processing.

Marketing Assets

Receive approved brand assets, product images, and co-branded marketing templates for your channels.

Net Payment Terms

Qualifying accounts may apply for Net-15 or Net-30 payment terms after 90 days in good standing.

Return Policy

Dealer returns are accepted within 30 days for defective or unopened items per our dealer return agreement.
